More about this scene
When considerably enlarged, this photograph shows a pub sign on the right depicting two crossed keys - the Keys. The pub still has the same name today, but the spelling has changed, so that it is now called the Quays - a somewhat inappropriate name for a pub in a town that is totally land-locked.
