Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Wednesday 18th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Wednesday 18th December will be delivered in the New Year.

Holidays With My Relatives
Our family are related to the George family who lived at Ynis Villa, Sennybridge. Often on weekends, and in the summers of 1955-60's we stayed with Aunty Sybil, Uncle Glasfryn George, and our grandparents. We often walked along by the railway line, with our aunty's two westy dogs. It was delightful, as people were very friendly, and the lumber yard was a hive of activity with men whistling ...see more

Army Days In 1967
Imagine my surprise when I saw the photo of the bridge. I took the exact same photo in 1967 when I was stationed at the Army camp. My photo is in colour. Enjoyed ten days on the moors cooking for Officer Cadets. Nice little town.

I Was Born Here
I was born in Station View, Sennybridge in 1954. Dad was at the army camp, we moved out approx 1957. I'm not sure if Station View was a road or the name of a house. I think there was a post office nearby.

Genealogy & Research Images

Despite over 20 years’ work on the archive, these scans have still not been individually checked and may prove to be damaged, faded, or not of sufficient quality to ever be offered in our full product range. However, if you would particularly like to buy one of these please get in touch quoting the Frith negative number,(s) the town name and size of print you would like to buy. On receipt of your enquiry our archivist will check the scan and advise you if the quality is good enough.

What is an Album?

An album is a way to save a selection of Frith photos, maps and memories that are of interest to you.

Creating an Album enables you to make short lists and then make a final selection from the album. In particular it makes ordering things like calendars much easier - simply create an Album of the 12 photos you like and then use the Album when placng your order - our order process will give you this option.

You can create as many Albums as you want, so perhaps make one for your hometown, where you live now, where your parents live now etc.
