More about this scene
Port Talbot is an industrial town in the county of Glamorgan. Situated on the mouth of the Avon, it is a popular seaside resort, and boasts a harbour with the deepest berthing facilities in the British Isles. The town has a population of approximately 50,000; it grew out of the original small port of Aberafan, which belonged to the medieval Lords of Afan.
