Plymouth, The Tinside Lido And Walks 1934
Photo ref:

More about this scene
The Lido and the walks were popular with the Victorians, and they offer beautiful views across the Sound. The lighthouse was rebuilt there, having been superseded by a more efficient building on the Eddystone rock south of the harbour. Close by is the world-famous Hoe.
