Letcombe Regis, Post Office Stores c.1965

More about this scene
The Post Office Stores provided provisions, small household goods and postal services for the villagers. While your partner did the shopping, you could top up the car with petrol, which is on sale here for 6s 7d a gallon. Those were the days! Although the building is still there today, it is now a private house.
