Does anyone remember the name of the shop that sold bone China goods? Just a few doors along from Lolley and Skinner.

I remember a shop by Haven Green that sold china, but cannot place the one you remember. There was Civic tv shop a bit like Currys then Dunns mans shop. The other way there was Currys, a hairdressers and a travel agent, then El Cid a sort of Wimpy. Then Lamertons. Thats all

Thanks for that mate...I meant Lilley (not Lolley haha) and Skinner of course. Anyway, my wife suddenly remembered the shop was Lawleys!

My mum had her first Saturday job in Lawleys in Ealing Broadway. Certainly fuelled her love of China. When we go somewhere with nice China she turns it over to have a look who it’s made by. I have inherited that habit too!
If anyone has any pictures of Lawleys in Ealing Broadway would love to share with her!
