More about this scene
The lower end of West Street, looking westwards, has all manner of public houses from the Sun Hotel (left) to the Lily Hotel. Between them are the showrooms of Bridport Motors. Opposite, the Port Bredy Guest House takes its name from that used for the town in the Wessex novels of Thomas Hardy. Victoria Grove branches off between the trees (right). Further down there is a Ford Corsair. Opposite a Ford Anglia is tightly parked (left) between a couple of Morris Minis.
