More about this scene
Bodmin is the home of the Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry, which served with gallantry during the Great War. A sergeant major directs the parade. On the wall of the barracks in the background are two targets, presumably for rifle practice. Surely they are a little too close to the windows!
