Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Wednesday 18th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Wednesday 18th December will be delivered in the New Year.

Please Note: Our offices and factory are now closed until Thursday 2nd January when we will be pleased to deal with any queries that have arisen during the holiday period.

I lived in Oxton from the late 50s to the early 80s, and have many fond memories. Does any body remember Fred the barber in Rose Mount. He was quite a character, and nobody went there unless they wanted a short back and sides, followed with a sizeable dollop of Brylcreme……therefore I can only remember going there once! It used to be in a nunnery in Birkenhead just off manor hill nr entrance to the park ..it was called Nazareth house ? I went to Hamilton middle school in the juniors ? I was 8/9 at the time ?? A few kids I got to know we're Wade Taylor. mark white. Alan Wright. Karen ledgem.
