I lived in Garden Street during the same years. We also played on the spion mop and the corners of Lymonds Wynd and King Street. The Prince of Wales was my dad’s local. I remember Wilson’ sweetie shop (I think that was the name) on the corner of Lymonds Wynd, when we attended Russell Street primary school. Such happy days and memories.
