To the centre right we can see Paignton station and Brunel's parcel office. To the right is 'Streaky Bacon Terrace'. Between that and the station can be seen Nelly Pope's railway café, a popular meeting place for the young bloods of the day. Immediately opposite is the Broadmead Hotel, later to become the Picture House (the Torbay Cinema).
