More about this scene
Cluntergate is one of the main roads leading out from the centre of Horbury, whose main claim to fame is that it was the birthplace of the famous 18th-century architect always, but erroneously, known as 'John Carr of York'. He is buried in the crypt of the parish church of St Peter and St Leonard, which he designed and built himself.
