I lived in Tooting and my then boyfriend, Johnny Finch, lived in Zennor Road along with his family, mum Elsie, dad Jack, siblings Jeanne, Elsie, Tony and John. There was an older brother too, who also lived in Zennor Road with his wife Rose. Streatham was THE place to be. I lived at Crown Point for many years in my teens, and went ice skating three times a week, I remember the hourly speed sessions there, I got very good and fast.
