More about this scene
A decade later than photograph 69310, the scene has changed dramatically. The whole area has been razed and the railway sidings are clearly visible. The Osborne Hotel is across the road opposite the station's approach. The field in the foreground still produces hay: at least the farming was a constant. Today, the railway area is gone, given over to retail warehouses.
