More about this scene
The Victorian Town Hall in the centre of the Market Place was built by the Watts-Russell family; today it is occupied by local businesses. The Rose & Crown, on the right, is still running, as is the bank next door. The colonnaded building to the right of the inn houses the school bookshop.
