The Three Salmons Hotel, which stands on the A471 to Abergavenny, looks much the same today, except that it has now expanded to occupy the premises across the road. The hanging sign sporting the three salmons on the corner of the building has now been removed, presumably to allow for the higher vehicles which use this road.
