Christmas Deliveries: If you placed an order on or before midday on Wednesday 18th December for Christmas delivery it was despatched before the Royal Mail or Parcel Force deadline and therefore should be received in time for Christmas. Orders placed after midday on Wednesday 18th December will be delivered in the New Year.

Please Note: Our offices and factory are now closed until Thursday 2nd January when we will be pleased to deal with any queries that have arisen during the holiday period.

In May 1643 King Charles I, raising troops for war, reviewed 10,000 men at 'Crabbe Crosse' - or so it is said. It seems a large number if they were drawn only from the local area. Crabbs Cross mushroomed in the 19th century as rural needle makers moved into the area to be nearer the new Redditch factories.

My auntie Pat and Uncle Les Lakin lived along here we as kids were always up here visiting them for tea and cakes it was posh up here we lived in Walkwood Road went to Crabbs Cross Primary, Mrs. Bradbury my fav. teacher lived at the end house top of Littlewoods every Friday go and get her tin of paraffin from whitehouse garage and 6 sanatogen rolls from the shop next to Wedgeburys chip shop .
