I work as a contractor for the British Army, and was just chatting to my dad about having to go to Bullford soon.
My dad was telling me all about my great uncle, and reeled off the address of 5 Clarendon terrace.
I couldn’t find in on any maps that were recent, but this web page popped up so thought I would ask on here.
I also was given my great uncles tankard that reads

I spent 1966 at Tidworth Down school after my army father,we returned from Libya where he served. I thought the school was Kings boys school which explains me unable to find it on Google.
I alway thought army teachers were much nicer. I was in class and hit across the head by a Welch teacher in Tidworth and landed on the floor for being cheeky, can't remember what I said must have really upset him. He would alway say to ...see more
She lived on 577 Zouch Cottages in 1946-1947. Her name was Shulamit Liberman Norriss (or Tucker). Would love to hear from anybody who knew her
Another mystery I would like to solve. My g. Grandad married a housemaid of his, by the name of Blanche Lewis after his first wife Alice Maria Jackman died. She had a few children of her own as well as stepchildren from the marriage. A son called ephraim Lewis, daughter Blanche, others unnamed.i did hear when my g.grandad died she moved in with a retired policeman. Does anyone remember anything. This was in the 1940’/50s.
