Littleham, The New Inn c.1955

More about this scene
There were once at least two inns close to Littleham church. The Plough Inn was demolished to allow for the extension of the graveyard, leaving the New Inn a few yards further down towards the sea. Notice the cockerel weathervane - happily still in place half a century onwards.
