More about this scene
To the right of the tree is the former Elizabethan grammar school, which has two very famous pupils in its history - the diarist Samuel Pepys, and Oliver Cromwell, MP for Huntingdon and Lord Protector. The building is now a museum devoted to Cromwell and the Civil War.
