Crewe, Bus Station c.1960

More about this scene
Situated just behind the clock tower, the bus station was opened in 1960 on a site that had previously been occupied by houses for railway workers. Now it is extremely run-down, with all the walls covered in graffiti. Notice the steeple of St Paul's Church in the distance (centre) – it was taken down soon after the bus station opened.
