More about this scene
A Dreadnought tramcar approaches the terminus at Queen's Gate. At this time the Blackpool and Fleetwood tramway systems were separate concerns, and even lacked a connecting line. Those wishing to continue north had to walk a few yards to the Fleetwood terminus and join a tram there.
